The Jaguars (0-2) face the Bills (2-0) in Week 3 of the NFL season with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m. ET at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo. Here's an early look at the Jaguars vs. Bills odds, spread and total for this Monday night matchup.

The Bills are favored by 5.5 points over the Jaguars in the latest NFL odds for Week 3, with the over/under set at 45.5.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville’s dismal end to the 2023 campaign’s extended to the start of the 2024 season. They’re 0-2 after blowing a 14-0 lead in Week 1’s loss to the Dolphins and then falling 18-13 to the Browns. It was a rough day for the offense as a whole. Evan Engram missed the game after suffering a hamstring injury during pregame warmups, but he ended up with more receiving yards than Christian Kirk, who had one catch for minus-1 yard. A bright spot on a rainy Sunday, though, was rookie Brian Thomas, who caught two passes for 94 yards.

Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen’s off to another terrific start to the year as the Bills enter Week 3 with a perfect 2-0 record. He’s completed 31-of-42 passes for 371 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions thus far. The big story after the team’s 31-10 win over the Dolphins was the play of James Cook. The running back scored three touchdowns against Miami, including two on the ground. That’s particularly notable as he posted exactly two rushing touchdowns in each of the last two seasons.
