The Tennessee Titans (1-4) and Buffalo Bills (4-2) will kick off NFL Week 7's Sunday afternoon slate. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET from Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y. on CBS. The game can be streamed live on Paramount+, YouTube TV and other streaming platforms.
The Bills are consensus 9-point favorites over the Titans on the spread (Bills -9), with the over/under currently at 41 points. Buffalo is -500 on the moneyline to win outright, while Tennessee is +380 to pull off the upset.
The Titans lost 20-17 to the Colts last week. Will Levis' struggles continued, going 16-of-27 for only 95 passing yards in defeat. The Bills won 23-20 over the Jets. Josh Allen scored 3 touchdowns (2 passing, 1 rushing) while Ray Davis ran for 97 yards in place of the injured James Cook.

Titans vs. Bills Picks and Predictions
Prediction
- My pick: Bills 2H -4.5
My Bills vs. Titans best bet is on Buffalo to thrive in the second half. For all of your NFL bets, be sure to find the best lines by using our live NFL odds page.
Spread
The spread has climbed up to Bills -9.5, which is a lot. It might seem like taking the underdog Titans would be the pick here, but I can't get there over the course of the entire game.
Instead, I've found a couple of trends that indicate there is still a way to bet Buffalo against a spread in this game. The Bills have started slowly at times this season, and Will Levis is good for a crucial mistake or two in the second half.
Moneyline
I'm not betting either moneyline for this game.
Over/Under
I lean toward the under. Despite their struggles this season, the Titans defense still ranks in the top half of the NFL.
This total fell a couple of points, though, so I'm going to steer clear.
My pick: Bills 2H -4.5
Titans vs. Bills NFL Week 7 Preview
Let’s be honest: No one wants to bet on the Titans here. They’re 1-4 against the spread and should be better. They’re going to be tempting this week if this line ever gets to +10, but we’re avoiding it.
Instead, I’m looking for a way to bet on Buffalo, and I’ve found the way.
Both of these defenses are good, ranking around the top 10 in the NFL, so I lean toward the under. The total, though, has dropped from 43 to 41, as of Friday afternoon, and there’s even a 40.5 on the board. With a low total, it becomes difficult to back the Bills as a 9.5-point favorite. That spread is also past a teasable number since we’re not even getting -3.
Buffalo has started slowly at times but is 4-2 against the spread (ATS) in the second half this season. In his career, Josh Allen covered the second-half spread at a 64% rate. This is an especially good spot to back him in that spot as a big favorite.
The Titans, meanwhile, are 2-4 ATS in the second half this season. The defense has helped them hang around early in games, but Will Levis has been far worse in the second half and usually makes a crippling mistake that dooms the Titans.
Pick: Bills 2H -4.5
