Available at FanDuel. We've got a pretty large sample now on Kelly being a higher-strikeout guy than this number implies. In 11 starts this year, he has hit six strikeouts six times, including in four of his past five. Kelly also tends to get a decent boost at home, which is where this game will be played. It's not a fun matchup by any means, but it's also not a low-strikeout one. I just think Kelly is better than the market believes.

Available at FanDuel. I've got the Diamondbacks as the favorites in this game, allowing me to take the plus money on the moneyline. Merrill Kelly has pitched really well this year, leaning more on his changeup en route to a 3.64 SIERA through 11 starts. His elevated strikeout rate should also help mute the Braves' power bats, at least a bit. The Diamondbacks add a solid bullpen, as well, even if it's not quite on the same level as the Braves'. The Braves are the better team, but the pitching matchup is close, and Arizona is at home. That's enough for me to give them the edge here.
