Jazz vs. Hawks Odds & Betting Predictions - February 28, 2024

Over in 8/L13. Great spot vs a Hawks team who will match the Jazz pace (both teams top 8 in pace L15 games). First game back in Atlanta too.

Over this line in his last two games without Trae Young (6/7), and had 11 potential assists vs. ORL, so I like this spot for Johnson tonight. Over the last 30 days, the Jazz are allowing the third-most assists to opposing PF’s - great matchup.

This was bumped up a touch after his near Triple Double last game but it’s still too low without Trae. The natural beneficiary of Trae's team-leading 34.7% usage rate is Dejounte Murray. Murray is used to handling significant usage from his time with the Spurs when he logged a 31.5% usage rate in his final season there which is about 6% more than his current usage this season, per Cleaning the Glass. Dejounte is averaging 26.2 points, 9.0 assists and 6.3 rebounds per game in six games without Trae Young this season. His RA line is set at 14.5 today (-130 ESPN) and this is a line he has exceeded in 3/6 without Trae. This increase to 14.5 RA is not significant enough though because of the matchup. This is a game that should be played with a ton of Pace with Atlanta playing the fourth-fastest and Utah the seventh, per Dunks and Threes. I like Dejounte to exceed 14.5 RA and I can’t blame you if you sprinkle some Triple Double.
