- He came in to start the 2nd quarter in the last game, probably to play only 4-5 minutes, but he got very hot and shot 4/4, and they left him to play entire 4th (Siakam was in foul trouble so there was no need for Achiuwa) - He played 9 minutes in the 2nd half but scored only 1 pts and was negative on defense - I expect Thibs to play him again today, but if he missed a couple of shots to start, he will have very limited minutes - when he gets 10-18 minutes with Brunson playing, he is under this line in 12/13 games with 7.6 PR avg - In game 2 when OG got injured, Achiuwa took all the minutes and closed the game (played entire 4th) #PlayerProps

Let’s have a nice Sunday Sweat. Brunson has been incredible throughout the Postseason but now is dealing with a foot injury that seems to have impacted his quickness and explosiveness. Since he returned from injury in the second half of Game 2, he has recorded exactly 1 rebound in 6 quarters of basketball and had ZERO rebound chances in Game 3. He is not looking to crash the boards and jump for anything - he is conserving his energy for the offensive burst that he needs to have for the Knicks to remain in these games. He’s under 3.5 rebounds in 55% of games this season and under in 67% of games without Randle, Anunoby, and Robinson. In part, this is because there are more minutes/usage for Hart, McBride, and even Burks, all players who can get grab the rebound and push in transition to take that burden off of Brunson. Considering the injury, I’ll play the base, but if you want an extra sweat, under 2.5 (+220) and under 1.5 (+550 DK) are not unreasonable.
