Ben Lively is finally getting leash as a starter, and this number doesn't reflect it. Lively went 103 pitches last time out, allowing him to rack up eight strikeouts for the second straight start. He wasn't doing it in the minors, so we shouldn't expect *that* level of output, but plus money to go over 3.5 is low for someone with his pitch count. I have Lively projected for more than four strikeouts today, even on the road against a low-strikeout team. I just have a hard time being low on someone who just unleashed that big of a pitch count last time out.
