Lorenzen has been stretched out for just four starts, but he has hit the over on this number three times, including once before he was stretched out. The Royals' active roster has a 25.3% strikeout rate against righties this year with a 6.3% walk rate, meaning pitchers can mow through them efficiently. With how deep Lorenzen can go in games, I'm fine going with an over here.
