Over in 3/3 this series, and 5/6 overall vs NO. Has been aggressive with 13.7 drives per game, and has been torching the Pels when they inevitably switch on the PnR (or rotate off of SGA’s action). 35+ mins each game - he plays the first shift in the 4Q, so less of a blowout risk (and will play 40 mins if the game stays close). Averaged 25.8 P+R per 35 mins in the regular season too.

Sharps are nuking the Pelicans

The Thunder look to punch their ticket to the Western Conference Semifinals tonight as the Pelicans hope to force a Game 5 and return to Oklahoma City. In Game 3, Jonas Valanciunas was removed from the rotation in the 2H and Chet pulled down 5 rebounds with Larry Nance getting run at the 5. In a win or go home Game 5, I could see New Orleans continuing that as the defense was more effective in the 2H than the 1H. Chet has not needed to play expanded minutes in this series, but he has recorded 11, 7, and 8 rebounds. When he’s played 28+ minutes (the fewest he’s played in this series) he has averaged 8.4 rebounds per game including 9.4 over his last 10. In a game where the Thunder can send the Pelicans to Cancun, I like Chet to exceed 8.5 rebounds.
