Each week at Action Network we will monitor the 2024 Heisman race.

Whose Heisman stock is up and whose Heisman stock is dropping?

Let's take a look at how the odds have changed for college football's most coveted individual trophy. These odds are courtesy of BetMGM, but if you're looking for a full list of the odds from various sportsbooks, visit here.

Stock Up

Quinn Ewers – Texas – QB

Current odds: +600

Ewers took advantage of a massive opportunity to boost his Heisman odds in the week's marquee game against Michigan. Ewers went 24-for-36 for 246 yards and three touchdowns against the No. 10 team in the country. Ewers went from +1200 to +600 to win the Heisman. He's now the favorite to win the trophy.

Stock Down

Travis HunterColorado – WR/CB

Current odds: +3500

Hunter fell from +1500 to +3500 to win the Heisman after Colorado's 28-10 loss to Nebraska. It wasn't due to Hunter as he still caught 10 passes for 110 yards, but it's likely Colorado won't be in the spotlight as much as expected if the Buffaloes keep losing games like that.

Shedeur Sanders – Colorado – QB

Current odds: +4000

Sanders struggled more than Hunter in Colorado's loss to Nebraska. He was sacked six times while throwing for 244 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He went from +2000 to +4000.

Possible Week 3 Movers

Avery Johnson – Kansas State – QB

Current odds: +3000

Kansas State plays Arizona in one of two ranked matchups in Week 3. The game is on a Friday night and will get plenty of national attention. The sophomore quarterback will have an opportunity to show whether he belongs among the elites.

Tetairoa McMillan – Arizona – WR

Current odds: +5000

This could also be about quarterback Noah Fifita, but Fifita won't have a chance of winning the Heisman without McMillan putting up insane numbers. With Arizona facing Kansas State in a primetime ranked matchup, look for McMillan to shine in the national spotlight. McMillan is second in the country in receiving yards and leads the nation in touchdown receptions.
