Maybe it's the fact that Ohio State has won five of the last six meetings by more than 11 points.

Maybe it's the fact that Ohio State kicked the snot out of Michigan State last week, beating them by 49 points.

Whatever it is, the money at sportsbooks, whether at Ohio State -7 or -7.5 is heavily on the Buckeyes today against Michigan. At Caesars, it's even drastic in the state of Michigan, where 87% of spread bets and 95% of dollars are on the scarlet and gray.

Caesars Sportsbook vice president of trading Craig Mucklow said that the handle on the game is so big that it will, without a doubt, be the biggest handle of any college game this year.

One Nevada bettor sees it differently, though, placing a $275,000 bet on Michigan at +8.

The total has also attracted plenty of action. Perhaps because of the feeling that Ryan Day, accused by Jim Harbaugh of cheating on a conference call, will run up the score, or because Michigan's offense has been more potent, the dollars are also heavily on the over of 64.5 today.

At FanDuel, 86% of the bets and 92% of the money is on the over. That's despite that fact that games with Ohio State have hit the under in three out of the last four despite them averaging 43.5 points per game.

Michigan has gone under in three of its last five, despite Michigan averaging 41 points per game.
