Ohio State remains No. 1 on my Associated Press Top 25 ballot this week. Georgia moved past Florida State up to No. 2 on my ballot after beating a ranked Missouri team and the Seminoles' sluggish win over Pitt.
Three new teams made my ballot this week: Arizona, Liberty and Toledo. They replace Air Force, UCLA and Kansas State.
Here's my Week 10 AP ballot compared with Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson’s betting power rankings.

Collin agrees with nine of my top 10 teams. The only disagreement among my top 10 is Texas. I have UT No. 7, but Collin has the Longhorns at No. 11.
The biggest discrepancy is Ohio State. I ranked the Buckeyes No. 1, while Collin has OSU at No. 6.

There's little agreement between us on the teams I ranked between 11 and 20. Only five teams are ranked in same grouping: Oregon State, LSU, Missouri, Tennessee and Oklahoma.
The biggest differences are Oklahoma State and Kansas. I have OSU at No. 17 and KU at No. 18; Collin power-rates them No. 29 and No. 26, respectively.

The final five teams include my three newcomers this week: No. 21 Arizona, No. 24 Liberty and No. 25 Toledo. The biggest difference is that Collin power-rated Toledo at No. 66.
Collin also has seven teams in the top 25 of his betting power ratings that I did not rank: No. 15 Texas A&M, No. 16 Kansas State, No. 19 Clemson, No. 20 USC, No. 22 UCLA, No. 24 Kentucky and No. 25 Auburn.
