Ohio State, Florida State, Georgia and Michigan remain the top four on my new Associated Press Top 25 ballot.

Pac-12 members Washington and Oregon move up to No. 5 and No. 6, respectively.

Three new teams are on my ballot this week: Sunflower State rivals Kansas and Kansas State, along with Oklahoma State, which has wins over the Jayhawks and Wildcats.

They replace Duke and North Carolina, who both lost this week, and two-loss USC.

Here's my AP ballot compared with Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson’s betting power ratings.

Collin agrees with most of the teams in my Top 10 — the biggest exceptions are Texas and Oklahoma.

Collin rates both Big 12 schools outside his top 10 (OU at No. 12, Texas at No. 14). We both have eight of the same 10 teams in our top 10.

Of the 10 teams I ranked between Nos. 11-20, Collin only has four rated in the same grouping: Penn State, Missouri, Oregon State and UCLA.

The biggest disparity is Air Force. I ranked the unbeaten Falcons at No. 16, while Collin put them back at No. 40.

Collin also has Notre Dame and LSU in the top 10 of his betting power ratings. I have the Irish at No. 12 and LSU at No. 13.

Not surprisingly, we have little to no agreement on the final five teams on my ballot.

Two of the biggest differences between our rankings are James Madison and Tulane. I have JMU at No. 22, while Collin has the Dukes No. 59. I have Tulane at No. 23, and Collin put the Green Wave at No. 44.

There are also four teams I did not rank that Collin has in the top 25 of his betting power ratings: No. 16 Texas A&M, No. 19 USC, No. 21 Clemson and No. 24 Arizona.
