Oregon is still No. 1 on my Associated Press Top 25 ballot, but Ohio State jumped up to No. 2 after winning at Penn State.
Georgia, Miami and Texas round out my top five, followed by BYU, Indiana, Tennessee, Penn State and Notre Dame.
New to my Top 25 this week: Louisville and Vanderbilt.
Here's my AP Top 25 ballot for Week 11 of the college football season compared with Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson’s betting power ratings.
Note: The "AP" column is my AP Poll ballot ranking for each team. The "PR" column is where each team sits in Action Network's betting power ratings.
