Oregon moves up to No. 1 on my Associated Press Top 25 ballot this week, replacing formerly unbeaten Texas.

Georgia, No. 4 on my ballot last week, jumps to No. 2, with Ohio State, Penn State and Texas rounding out my top five.

New to my Top 25 this week: Navy and Vanderbilt.

Here's my AP Top 25 ballot for Week 9 of the college football season compared with Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson’s betting power ratings.

Note: The "AP" column is my AP Poll ballot ranking for each team. The "PR" column is where each team sits in Action Network's betting power ratings.
