After Florida State’s close escape at Boston College Saturday, I dropped the Seminoles one spot behind Texas on my Associated Press ballot this week.

The Longhorns moved up to No. 1 on my ballot, while Florida State was No. 2, followed by Georgia, Michigan and Washington.

Florida also moved into my Top 25 rankings after upsetting Tennessee.

Read on to see my AP Top 25 Poll ballot for Week 4, compared to Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson's updated betting power ratings.

Collin and I agree on one team’s ranking in our Top 25: No. 6 Penn State. That’s it.

We do have Texas and Georgia rated among our top three teams. The biggest disagreement in my Top 10 ranking between Collin’s ratings is Notre Dame. I have the Irish at No. 10, while Collin has them at No. 15.

Our biggest disagreements with teams I ranked between Nos. 11-20 are Oregon State and Washington State — proud members of the Pac-2 conference.

I have Oregon State at No. 11, Collin at No. 19. I have Washington State at No. 19, Collin at No. 32.

Of my final five teams, Colorado is the biggest discrepancy between my AP ballot and Collin’s ratings. I have Colorado at No. 22, while Collin has the Buffs back at No. 51 in his betting power ratings.

Also, there were five teams in the top 25 of Collin’s power ratings that I did not rank on my AP Top 25 ballot: No. 16 Clemson, No. 17 Texas A&M, No. 18 Auburn, No. 21 Kansas State and No. 23 Kentucky.
