Penn State moved into the top slot for Havoc Allowed this week. The Nittany Lions have yet to throw an interception, giving Penn State one of the highest ranks in offensive momentum killers.
Kansas now sits atop the leaderboard for Defensive Havoc, racking up 14 pass breakups and 28 tackles for loss on the season.
The largest discrepancy for Week 4 comes in a nonconference matchup in San Marcos. Nevada brings the lowest Havoc Allowed rank in FBS to Texas State, which ranks 13th in Defensive Havoc.
