Week 2 of the college football season is here, and we have another great slate in front of us.

This week, I have identified four moneyline underdogs that are worth considering to pull the upset, and depending on your risk tolerance, playing in a round robin or a parlay.

While I've had some success with long-shot parlays in the past, a round robin is also a very effective way of hitting underdogs you're interested in betting while increasing your chances of hitting and decreasing risk.

Each week, I'll be back with a long-shot parlay/round robin that will hopefully turn out some profit.

Some weeks will have just a handful of games involved, while there may be more legs in other weeks. And remember, this is an extreme long shot for a reason — please bet responsibly.

Read on for my college football parlay and round robin for Week 2.

Pick #1: Tulane ML +280 vs. Kansas State

Tulane opened its season with a resounding 52-0 victory last week against SE Louisiana. Freshman quarterback Darian Mensah shockingly won the job — beating out Ty Thompson and Kai Horton — and he looks the part of a potential star.

He was practically perfect in Week 1, completing 10-of-12 attempts for 205 yards and two touchdowns.

Tulane could remain one of the best mid-major programs in the sport, even in the new Jon Sumrall era.

RB Makhi Hughes is a superstar as well, and there's no shortage of weapons offensively for the Green Wave to keep this close.

Remember, Tulane beat this Kansas State program 17-10 in 2022, so there's some familiarity here.

On the Kansas State side, Avery Johnson is a capable runner at the quarterback spot, but his arm has yet to be tested. In three starts, he's never thrown for 200+ yards.

Mensah can outplay Johnson, and Tulane has a great chance to steal this game at home.

Pick #2: Illinois ML +180 vs. Kansas

A night game awaits in Champaign, and revenge will be on the minds of the Illini after they lost to the Jayhawks, 34-23, last season.

An "orange out" is the theme, but a new-look football team may be the biggest reason for hope based on what Illini fans saw in Week 1.

The big question with Kansas is how healthy Jalon Daniels is. After an injury-riddled finish to last season, Daniels didn't attempt a rush in Week 1 and only passed the ball 15 times.

On the Illinois side, the Illini have a new feature back to feed in Justin Feagin. Feagin got off to a great start in Week 1, running for 108 yards on 16 carries and a touchdown.

Kansas has a new-look defensive line, relying on FCS up-transfers to fill in for departed stars like defensive end Austin Booker.

Expect the Illini to establish the run early and get their revenge in Champaign.

Pick #3: NC State ML +245 vs. Tennessee

This is a great spot play after Nico Iamaleava's amazing start to the season. The 6-foot-6 freshman quarterback looks like a legitimate stud, and he notched three touchdown passes while completing 22-of-28 attempts in Tennessee's blowout win against Chattanooga.

But I love this as a buy-low on NC State after it struggled in a 38-21 win over Western Carolina in Week 1.

Grayson McCall (Coastal Carolina transfer) remains one of the best arms in the sport, and his experience will factor in here against a young quarterback on the other side.

Only 10 spots separate these teams in the AP Poll, but the home team finds itself as eight-point underdog. That feels like an overreaction to both teams' starts last week.

I expect a dogfight, and that makes +245 great value for our round robin.

Pick #4: Colorado ML +215 at Nebraska

One of the more exciting matchups on the schedule for Week 2 promises to deliver in the excitement category.

There are plenty of Colorado skeptics coming to the forefront this week, and it makes sense given the volatile offseason that Deion Sanders and his staff had.

But let's not forget that last season Colorado stomped this Nebraska program, 36-14, at the same point in the schedule.

Yes, new Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola is in, and he makes a huge difference. But the Nebraska defense isn’t that much improved on-paper, and when Shadeur Sanders, Travis Hunter and Co. saw elite QBs last season, the games largely turned into shootouts (see one-score games against Caleb Williams' USC and Noah Fifita's Arizona teams).

If this game turns into a pure shootout, Sanders will be more comfortable than Raiola.

At +215, it's a good fourth and final leg for our round robin this week.
