The Highlights:

  • On Tuesday, Westgate released odds to reach the 2018-19 College Football Playoff for more than 70 teams.
  • Unsurprisingly, Alabama appears at the top of the list, followed by Clemson, Ohio State and Georgia.

We're only 192 days away from the 2018-19 College Football Playoff — which thankfully is once again not on New Year's Eve — and Westgate has released odds for 78 teams' chances of reaching the final four.

No surprises appear at the top of the list, as Alabama leads the way at -220. Ohio State, Clemson and Georgia are plus-money, from +125 to +150. Of all the teams in last season's playoff, Oklahoma has the worst odds to return at +600.

The Action Network's Collin Wilson is taking Clemson to reach the College Football Playoff at +105 or better. The Tigers return eight starters from a stellar defense (No. 2 in defensive S&P+ in 2017) and have two good options at quarterback — incumbent Kelly Bryant, or 5-star true freshman Trevor Lawrence.
