Georgia remains No. 1 on my Associated Press ballot this week, followed by Ohio State, Michigan, Washington and Florida State.
Missouri cracked my top 10 after beating Florida, replacing Oregon State, which fell out after losing to Washington.
New teams on my ballot this week are Iowa, UNLV and NC State.
Here's my Week 13 AP ballot compared with Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson’s betting power rankings.

Collin and I are in agreement on ranking Georgia at No. 1, and we both have Michigan in our top three.
Other than that, we have differing opinions.
Of my top 10 teams, Collin only has Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, Washington, Texas, Oregon and Alabama among his top 10 teams.
The biggest difference is Louisville. I have the Cardinals at No. 9, while Collin has UL back at No. 24.

For my teams ranked between Nos. 11-20, Collin only has Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Oregon State and Penn State in the same range.
Our biggest disparity is Iowa. I have the Hawkeyes at No. 20, but Collin has Kirk Ferentz’s bunch at No. 52.

There is little agreement between Collin and me on the final five teams on my AP ballot.
While I have Utah at No. 25 and Collin has the Utes at No. 22, Liberty is our biggest disagreement. I put LU at No. 21, but Collin has the Flames at No. 56.
I did not rank six teams that Collin power-rated in his top 25: No. 11 Texas A&M, No. 16 Clemson, No. 19 Tennessee, No. 20 UCLA, No. 23 USC and No. 25 Kansas.
