MACtion is synonymous with explosive offense and high-scoring affairs, but the weather won't be doing anybody any favors for Wednesday night's two-game slate.
Heavy rain and strong winds could plague Central Michigan vs. Ball State and Northern Illinois vs. Buffalo on Wednesday night, so much so that odds for both of Wednesday night's matchups are already on the move as a result.
Let's take a detailed look at the college football weather forecasts for Central Michigan vs. Ball State and Northern Illinois vs. Buffalo and what it means for MACtion bettors.

Northern Illinois vs. Buffalo Weather Forecast
7 p.m. ET | ESPN2
The Northern Illinois vs. Buffalo over/under has already plummeted from 65.5 to 60.5 at DraftKings, so we turned to RotoGrinders Meteorologist Kevin Roth to break down Wednesday night's weather forecast at University of Buffalo Stadium:
"The weather will be an issue for both MACtion games on Wednesday night, with Northern Illinois vs. Buffalo and Central Michigan vs. Ball State seeing troublesome conditions.
The game at Buffalo gets not just a chance for rain, but strong winds that will impact the passing game.
We should see sustained winds between 20-25 mph with stronger gusts, and when combined with some rain I expect that will be impactful in both the passing and kicking game."
Central Michigan vs. Ball State Weather Forecast

As Roth detailed above, tonight's Central Michigan vs. Ball State game will also see poor conditions, adding:
"The game at Ball State doesn't have the same level of wind (more like 10-15 mph sustained winds), but will likely see heavier rain."
The betting market appears to have taken note as well, evidenced by the Central Michigan vs. Ball State over/under dropping from 63 to 59 (click here for the latest college football odds) thus far.
