Week 3 of the college football season is upon us now and it is time to find the wins, baby. This week has obviously been somewhat disrupted by the cancellations due to Hurricane Florence, but we still have some nice meat on the bone.
Let's get after it and bring these wins home, brother.
Florida State (-2.5) at Syracuse
12 p.m. ET
This is an overreaction from the first two weeks of this season. Florida State has not been impressive under new head coach Willie Taggart. Having said that, there is still more talent on that side of the field than the Orange have on theirs.
Additionally, the Seminoles know they cannot drop this game without having an unmitigated disaster on their hands. The line has crept down low enough where I feel confident to pick them.
The pick: FSU -2.5
Ohio at Virginia (-3.5)
4:30 p.m. ET
This isn't one of the sexier matchups on the board, but it's one I like. The Bobcats were the preseason MAC favorites and they are going against Virginia, which gave up 237 yards rushing to Indiana in Week 2.
I think the Bobcats certainly can keep this close and may just have a shot to win it.
The pick: Ohio +3.5

Washington (-4.5) at Utah
10 p.m. ET
This is a battle of the most dynamic offenses in the Pac-12. Utah is always tough at home, but the Huskies are simply too formidable on offense with Jake Browning, Myles Gaskin, Salvon Ahmed and Aaron Fuller.
They have weapons, discipline, and coaching and need a signature win. I think they get one on the road here.
The pick: Washington -4.5
Let's cash some tickets, baby!
