Colorado arguably had the game of the year with one of the wildest finishes you will ever see.
The Buffaloes entered Saturday's matchup with Baylor as slight 2.5-point home favorites. Despite their penchant for failing to live up to their own hype, bettors have constantly backed Colorado and tonight was no different. According to Action Network's public betting data, 54% of the betting public picked the Buffs to cover the short spread. Not an overwhelming amount, but still the majority of the public.
After a back-and-forth game, with Colorado down 31-24 at Baylor's 43-yard line, quarterback Shedeur Sanders rolled out to his left and completed a Hail Mary pass for the books to LaJohntay Wester for a touchdown.

Alejandro Mata completed the comeback play with an extra point to send the game went into overtime where Colorado got the ball first and scored on its seven-play drive to take the 38-31 lead.
Baylor got the ball next and appeared to be inches away from tying the game on a goal-line run from Dominic Richardson, but fate was not on his side. Heisman hopeful and two-way star Travis Hunter (seven catches for 130 yards, along with three tackles) jarred the ball loose on the one-yard line to seal the win for Colorado and its backers.
