College football legend Johnny Manziel is joining the Action Network as a guest contributor for the 2024 college football season.
Manziel will appear on the Big Bets on Campus franchise, giving out his "Hail Mary Pick of the Week" every Saturday morning on BBOC Live, which airs at 10:30 am ET in the Action App.
“Johnny was one of the most electric, creative and popular players in college football history. The definition of must-watch, appointment viewing,” said Chad Millman, Action's Chief Content Officer. “And that’s exactly what he will be across our college football coverage.”
Fans will also have a front-row seat to Manziel's on- and off-field takes throughout the season as he joins longtime BBOC analysts Stuckey and Collin Wilson every Tuesday to debate the latest and hottest topics in college football on the BBOC YouTube channel.
"College football is back and it’s an exciting time for the sport I love,” Manziel added. "I'm looking forward to joining the guys and sharing my view week-by-week of the college football landscape."
Manziel won the Heisman Trophy as a freshman in 2012 after a prolific season at Texas A&M, combining for 93 total touchdowns and nearly 10,000 total yards in his two seasons at College Station before the Cleveland Browns drafted him in 2014.
The Netflix documentary Untold: Johnny Football was released in 2023 and tells the story of Manziel's football career.
