  • Ohio State needed a late touchdown to cover as a 39-point favorite against Oregon State.

Ohio State went for it on a fourth-and-1 late in the fourth quarter, and the rest was history for Oregon State backers.

Freshman running back Master Teague broke a 33-yard touchdown run to put the Buckeyes in front by 46 points and, more importantly, cover the 39-point spread.

Final score: Ohio State 77, Oregon State 31. A lot of points, but it was still a sweat for Buckeyes ticket holders.
