As we head into week six of the college football season, have we found the three teams that are capable of winning the College Football Playoff?
According to the latest National Championship odds update from BetMGM, the answer appears to be yes.
Perennial national title contenders Alabama, Georgia and Ohio State are all level in terms of pricing, listed at +200 to win the championship.
All three teams are currently 5-0, and while Georgia had to deal with an upset bid from Missouri on Saturday, Alabama and Ohio State already dealt with challenges earlier this year.
For the Buckeyes, it was Notre Dame that provided a stiff test in week one, and a week later the Crimson Tide had to come back to get a clutch win over Texas.
Now, there's no separating the chances of each team to win the biggest trophy in college football, according to the oddsmakers at least.
The trio also opened the season as the teams with the shortest odds to win the National Championship. Georgia and Alabama were +200 at the start following their title game from last season, while Ohio State was +600.
Clemson, who opened as the next-shortest team with +800 odds, has drifted to +1400 despite a 5-0 record that includes a recent victory over top 10 team North Carolina State.
USC currently sits at +1100 with a 5-0 record and a No. 6 ranking in the nation. The Trojans have a high-powered offense, but they haven't yet picked up any wins that are too notable.
The Michigan Wolverines are a popular pick to win it all, shortening from +3500 to +2000 since the start of the season.
Michigan is the biggest liability for BetMGM, amassing 10.7% of the wagers and 7.8% of the handle.
Ohio State and Alabama are the next-biggest liabilities.
