Conference championship weekend cemented the College Football Playoff picture, but not without a couple scares along the way.
LSU won the SEC Championship over Georgia, nearly doubling up the Bulldogs' total yards a 37-10 victory.
LSU's Joe Brady has proven to be the biggest preseason hire on the offensive side of the ball, while the biggest defensive hire belongs to Oklahoma.
Alex Grinch had the Sooners ready on defense for the Big 12 Championship against Baylor. The Bears scored 23 points thanks mostly to two huge plays in the fourth quarter. They had just eight first downs. Oklahoma has an astounding six sacks, seven quarterback hurries and 15 tackles for loss.
Clemson cruised to an ACC title, while Ohio State did not take its first lead against Wisconsin until the third quarter but survived to win the Big Ten.
Now, the College Football Playoff appears set.
