While you were sleeping (or at least while I was), sharp bettors were making moves on Saturday's college football slate.
In fairness, they've been hitting games all week from the moment that the first books began releasing lines, but in the wee hours of the morning they came down once again on a Mountain West matchup.
San Diego State-UNLV (10:30 p.m. ET, CBSSN) has been no stranger to sharp action throughout the week. Once the Rebels hit the all-important number of +14, sharps were quick to bite, sending the line back inside two touchdowns to +13.5. Even then, pros were okay with taking the points on top of another somewhat key number of 13, and oddsmakers responded by sending the spread to that number.

The question then became whether sharps would get another crack at a +13.5 or 14 (maybe the 79% backing of San Diego State could get it there), and if not, would they still take the points, or would they buy back on the favorite?
We got our answer around 2:30 a.m. ET.
Two Sports Insights Bet Signals — indicators of market-wide movement caused by sharp action — hit UNLV at +13, which, paired with another move this morning, has brought this line to a flat +12.
The one-sided sharp action has created a nice bet-vs.-dollar discrepancy, as UNLV's 21% of bettors have generated 37% of actual money, illustrating why those percentages alone can be valuable in trying to determine a sharp side.
We're still more than half a day away from this late kickoff, and anything can happen over the next 12+ hours. Following along in The Action Network app to see if this line continues to fall, or if we finally get some buyback on the Aztecs.
