If you were sleeping on Friday night, you missed one of the most stunning comebacks you'll see in college football, as Stanford erased a 29-0 second half deficit to beat Colorado 46-43 in double overtime.

Stanford's Comeback vs Colorado: What Were the Odds?

Down 29-0 with Colorado driving in the third quarter, Stanford was +6500 on the live moneyline to come back and win, which is an implied probability of 1.52%.

Those +6500 odds of a Stanford comeback line up fairly nicely with the 99% chance to win that our win probability projected at that point for Colorado.

Stanford was also +390 on the moneyline before the game, but that number doesn't begin to tell the story of just how shocking Stanford's comeback against Colorado really was. Friday night was the biggest comeback in school history, all as a live +6500 underdog on the moneyline.

Colorado was a 13.5-point favorite against the spread vs Stanford on Friday night, as well. Needless to say, the Buffaloes didn't cover — but we'll say it anyway.

The total on the game was over/under 59.5 points scored by both teams combined, a number which Colorado and Stanford blew past with 89 total points scored.
