The final week of the regular season is here, marking the last chance to look at a team's Havoc ranking.
A few intriguing matchups await over Thanksgiving break.
First, UTSA’s rise to second nationally in Defensive Havoc will get a stiff test against the nation's most disciplined offense in Army.
Texas and Texas A&M are also sure to see plenty of action behind the line of scrimmage, as both teams rank top-10 in defensive chaos.
Havoc is defined by several plays that can change the momentum for both teams, including tackles for loss, pass breakups and forced fumbles on defense. Havoc Allowed, meanwhile, encompasses a team's ability to prevent tackles for loss, throw interceptions or fumble the ball.
Those variables are combined and weighted with the total number of snaps to create our Havoc Rankings.
Here's a look at our updated Havoc Rankings for Week 14, including each individual head-to-head game.
Arkansas vs. Missouri
Arkansas: 114th in Havoc Allowed · Missouri: 39th in Havoc
The Battle Line Trophy is the reward for a manufactured rivalry between Missouri and Arkansas as SEC members. Both teams played in the Big 8 and Southwestern Conference but rarely intersected with just three meetings in the 20th century.
The Tigers' natural rivalry is with Kansas, while Arkansas is more comfortable filling the recruiting pipelines with players from Texas. Nevertheless, the season-ending series will have another edition that may be more important to a coach on one sideline.
Eliah Drinkwitz grew up in the state of Arkansas in a smaller town called Alma, within 90 minutes of Arkansas' campus in Fayetteville.
The famous recruitment of the "Springdale Five" that transpired between Gus Malzahn, Mitch Mustain and Houston Nutt was fascinating. Drinkwitz would take over the offensive coordinator role at Springdale High School before joining Malzahn on Auburn's 2010 staff that won the National Championship.
The University of Arkansas' treatment of Malzahn has never been out of sight for Drinkwitz, who takes the Battle Line Rivalry with full seriousness.
Arkansas has won this series just once since the 2015 series.
This time around, quarterback Taylen Green will start under center for the Hogs.
Green has struggled with Havoc in coordinator Bobby Petrino’s offense, as the Boise State transfer has a grand total of 20 turnovers between fumbles and interceptions, leading Arkansas to a rank of 114th in Havoc Allowed.
Missouri has forced nine fumbles this season and is a great bet to force another against a Razorback team that has fumbled more than any other team in the nation.
Look for Green to be contained in the pocket and pressured into turnovers, as the Tigers disable explosive scrambles with a broken tackles allowed rank of 21st.
Mizzou's offense is also as healthy as ever with quarterback Brady Cook and running backs Nate Noel and Marcus Carroll slated to take the field.
Expect Drinkwitz to lead the Tigers to another Battle Line victory.
Pick: Missouri -4 or Better
