With the first full month of the college football season completed, Florida State is No. 1 on my Associated Press Top 25 ballot this week.

The Seminoles get the slight edge on my ballot over Texas, Georgia, Ohio State and Washington, who I have rated Nos. 2-5.

Three new teams are on my ballot this week — all unbeaten: No. 22 Fresno State, No. 24 Kansas and No. 25 Maryland.

Read on to see my AP Top 25 Poll ballot for Week 5, compared to Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson's updated betting power ratings.

Of the top 10 teams on my AP Poll ballot, Collin has everyone but Utah among the top 10 teams in his betting power ratings. I ranked the Utes at No. 10, while Collin has them back at No. 14.

The biggest disparity in our top 10 teams is Florida State. I have the Seminoles ranked No. 1, but Collin has the Seminoles at No. 9.

Washington State and Duke, my Nos. 11-12 teams, are the biggest differences with Collin’s power ratings. He has the Cougars at No. 25 and the Blue Devils at No. 32.

The remainder of my teams ranked between 11-20 are in the same general vicinity as Collin’s power ratings — except for Florida. I have the Gators at No. 20, while Collin has UF at No. 28.

There is absolutely no agreement between Collin and I with the final five teams on my AP ballot.

The biggest disparity is Fresno State. I have the Bulldogs at No. 22, while Collin has them at No. 68.

Also, there are five teams in the top 25 of Collin’s power ratings that I did not rank on my AP ballot: No. 11 Clemson, No. 17 Texas A&M, No. 18 Tennessee, No. 23 UCLA and No. 24 Wisconsin.
