The NHL is finally back in action after a long layoff due to some COVID complications and its Christmas break.
It shouldn't mess up the scheduling too much, as the NHL was previously supposed to take a pause for the Olympics.
They instead decided to pull out of the Olympics. That just means we'll have more NHL hockey to bet on for 2022.
The first game back will be a rematch of last year's Stanley Cup Final between the Montreal Canadiens and Tampa Bay Lightning. Action Network has a PRO Systems play on one of the moneylines.
The Lightning, to no one's surprise, are once again atop the Atlantic Division with a 20-6-4 record.
The Canadiens, after a miraculous run to the final last season, are struggling to say the least. They currently sit in last in the Atlantic with a 7-21-3 record.
