Check out Tony Sartori's NHL best bets with anytime goalscorer picks for Sunday, May 12.

NHL games tonight include two pivotal matchups as the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs continues. I have two NHL anytime goalscorer picks for today's doubleheader with Panthers vs. Bruins Game 4 (6:30 p.m. ET) and Canucks vs. Oilers Game 3 (9:30 p.m. ET).

Betting on NHL anytime goalscorers is simple enough: If your player scores a goal at any point in the game, your bet is a winner. MLB has its dingers; the NHL has its anytime goalscorers. And with both types of player props, the bets usually come with plus-money odds attached to them, so they're a favorite among all types of sports bettors.

Check out all of the analysis with my favorite anytime goalscorer predictions for tonight's NHL postseason action below.

Panthers vs. Bruins

Sunday, May 12
6:30 p.m. ET
TBS & truTV
Jake DeBrusk (+280)

By Tony Sartori

Game 4 of this second-round series between the Florida Panthers and Boston Bruins kicks off Sunday's NHL doubleheader. While Boston has struggled in this series, forward Jake DeBrusk has been one of the few to hold his own.

Not only has he scored in two of the three games in this series, but DeBrusk has scored five goals over his past 12 games this postseason.

This success could continue against Florida, a team he has scored 10 goals against over his past 18 meetings.

Goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky is the main reason for the large price of +280, and that checks out. However, the Panthers' blue line, which ranks sixth out of the remaining eight playoff teams in expected goals against per 60 minutes (xGA/60), is exposable.

Pick: Jake DeBrusk (+280 at BetMGM)

Canucks vs. Oilers

Sunday, May 12
9:30 p.m. ET
TBS & truTV
Brock Boeser (+185)

By Tony Sartori

The second contest of Sunday's doubleheader features the Edmonton Oilers hosting the Vancouver Canucks in Game 3 of this Western Conference series. While J.T. Miller has been the best "all-around" forward for Vancouver this postseason, Boeser has been the team's best goal scorer and has scored five times over the past eight games.

This success could continue in Game 3, considering that he has scored 11 goals over the past 17 meetings between these two teams.

Furthermore, I don't trust goaltender Stuart Skinner at all. Over his past three starts, Skinner possesses a fade-worthy .828 SV% and 3.60 GAA.

Not that this blue line is doing him any justice, given that Edmonton ranks last among the eight remaining playoff teams in xGA/60.

Pick: Brock Boeser (+185 at FanDuel)
