Hill's had 4+ targets in back-to-back weeks. He was 2nd on the team in target share in Week 9 behind only Alvin Kamara. Hill ran 13 routes through his first 3 games, good for a 16% route rate. He missed Week 5-7 with injury, then returned to an offense that had been crushed by injuries. Hill has run 33 routes over the past 2 games, posting a 40.2% route rate. Rashid Shaheed and Bub Means are on IR. Chris Olave and Cedrick Wilson are out this week. Hill and Kamara are basically the top WRs on this team. More interesting than the volume might be Hill's alignment. He's operated primarily from the slot over the past 2 weeks, running 57.6% of his routes from that alignment. Hill has earned a team-leading 5 targets from the slot in this stretch. He's also run 27.3% of his routes out wide. Again, normal wide receiver stuff, not the tight end/running back role he's had in the past. Atlanta has allowed the 2nd-most slot targets in the league. They've allowed the most receptions to slot receivers. The Falcons are a middling pass defense overall, but they've been vulnerable in the slot.
