Bucks vs. Clippers Preview
The Clippers are an Under WAGON at home. They are 14-10 to the Under, and many of those have come with significant injuries.
Kris Dunn is out for this one which I don’t love, but I have this projected all the way down at 210.
Milwaukee has the 16th-ranked offense against top-10 defenses.
Also, I love trends like this: Milwaukee has the 6th-best defense against other top-10 defenses. They will absolutely play in a rock fight with you.
With the Clippers’ interior defense anchored by Ivica Zubac and capable defenders on the perimeter, I think the Bucks make this game into more of a slugfest and less of a track meet.
Also, the Clippers are top 10 in both limiting transition possessions and transition points per possession. So, they should be able to slow down easy buckets for the Bucks.
I make this game only Clippers -1, and Ty Lue is 1-5 in his last six games against the Bucks straight up, so I’ll play Bucks ML and Under 226.5.
However… Giannis has also scored 30+ points in three of his last four games vs. the Clippers, and this seems like a game where he simply has to take over.
