Betting NFL parlay picks for touchdown scorers can be a lot of fun even if they’re mostly a losing proposition that will drain your bankroll if you’re not careful. Most sportsbooks tend to clean up on this bet type so how do we scratch the “parlay itch” without overextending ourselves financially?

Well, welcome to “The 180 Challenge.”

Every week during the NFL season, I'll bet a three-leg parlay with anytime touchdown scorers that comes out to +1800 or higher. We'll play $10 per parlay, $180 total for the season.

The goal is obviously to win as much as possible. But the safety net is you only need to hit one parlay all season to make your money back. If you go 0-18 (which is unfortunate), the positive spin is it's only $180. (Fortunately, that didn't happen last year.) This way, we can still participate in the fun touchdown parlays while managing our bankroll and not going overboard on bad spending habits.

George Pickens

Anytime TD Scorer (+220)

I really think George Pickens has the potential to explode this week.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are going up against the Indianapolis Colts, who have already given up four touchdowns to wide receivers this season. Along with that, the Colts are ranked 25th in defensive DVOA to WR1s.

Pickens already leads the Steelers in nearly every receiving category, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Pickens gets on the board this week.

Pick: George Pickens Anytime Touchdown (+220)

Tee Higgins

Anytime TD Scorer (+185)

Tee Higgins is finally healthy, after playing in Week 3 and seeing 90% of snaps, as well as two red zone targets.

The Cincinnati Bengals face off against the Carolina Panthers who have given up five touchdowns to wide receivers so far.

The Panthers also play a ton of zone coverage, where we usually see Higgins thrive in.

Carolina also ranks 28th in defensive DVOA against WR2 this year, so this offers an intriguing option for Higgins to find the end zone.

Pick: Tee Higgins Anytime Touchdown (+185)

Rashee Rice

Anytime TD Scorer (+160)

Rashee Rice has been electric this season, with touchdowns in back-to-back weeks.

He and the Kansas City Chiefs square off against the Los Angeles Chargers whose defense is riddled with injuries.

If the Chiefs keep playing zone defense at a top-two rate in the NFL, I can see Rice smashing this already-battered defense.

Rice is not only fifth in the NFL in total targets, but he also leads the Chiefs with a 34% target share against zone coverage.

Because of that, I can see him and Patrick Mahomes continue their unmatched chemistry in this AFC West battle.

Pick: Rashee Rice Anytime Touchdown (+160)
