Betting on NFL Anytime Touchdown parlays is incredibly fun, even if it's mostly a losing proposition that will drain your bankroll if you’re not careful. Most sportsbooks tend to clean up on this type of bet, so how do we scratch the “parlay itch” without overextending ourselves financially?
Allow me to introduce “The 180 Challenge.” This week, here are my 3 picks.
NFL Parlay Picks
- Davante Adams Anytime TD Scorer (+145)
- Sam LaPorta Anytime TD Scorer (+145)
- Josh Dobbs Anytime TD Scorer (+330)
Parlay Odds: +2481 (DraftKings)
Here’s how my weekly NFL parlay works. Every week, I'll be betting on a three-leg NFL anytime TD parlay that equates to +1800 or more. $10 per parlay ticket, $180 total for the season.
The goal is to win as much as possible. But the safety net is you only need to hit one parlay all season to make your money back. If you go 0-for-18 (which is unfortunate), the positive spin is it's only $180.
By doing it this way, we can still be in on the fun with touchdown parlays while managing our bankroll and not going overboard with bad spending habits. We hit our first 22-1 parlay of the season back in Week 6, and then followed that up with a 20-1 winner in Week 10. That means we’re playing with house money the rest of the season, but that doesn't mean we can't keep winning.
Disclaimer: 18-1 parlays have less than a 5% chance of hitting, and that percentage only shrinks as you increase the parlay odds. Keep your expectations in check and bet on these for fun.

Davante Adams has been on a roll. Of his seven touchdowns this season, he has caught five in the last five games. With Aaron Rodgers nearing a milestone of 500 career passing touchdowns, Adams has expressed his desire to be the one to catch the momentous pass.
Having recently caught a touchdown against the Dolphins, Adams is in peak form. As the season draws to a close, there's good reason to bank on him to deliver yet another excellent performance.
With seven touchdowns this season and after scoring in back-to-back games, Sam LaPorta has become a reliable endzone target for quarterback Jared Goff. The tight end has seen 11 red-zone targets over the last six games, underscoring his status as a crucial option.
LaPorta has been particularly effective against zone defenses, with three touchdowns against such schemes this year. LaPorta is well-positioned for another great performance as the Vikings employ a zone defense at a top-5 rate. This game promises to be high-scoring, and LaPorta’s knack for breaking through defenses could see him add another touchdown to his season tally.
Josh Dobbs is known for his dynamic play style, particularly his affinity for running the ball. Although it might be considered a long shot, Dobbs thrives on taking chances, as evidenced by his fourth-quarter rushing touchdown against Detroit last week.
Last season, he successfully found the end zone on the ground six times, showcasing his ability to contribute as a dual-threat quarterback.
This week, Dobbs finds himself in a bit of a revenge spot, facing off against his former team. The matchup is promising for him since the Cardinals have allowed five rushing touchdowns to opposing QBs this season.
