Jared Verse Over 0.25 Sacks
By Sean Koerner
Jared Verse generated 76 pressures in his rookie season, which was the most by a rookie since Nick Bosa had 81 in 2019. It also ranked fourth overall this season.
However, Verse only finished with 4.5 sacks.
The most predictive metric for sacks is pressure rate, and I have him closer to 11.1 expected sacks on the season, and so his +6.6 expected sacks is by far the highest in the league.
Tonight, he faces a Vikings team that has allowed a league-high 41% pressure rate since left tackle Christian Darrisaw went down in Week 9. Cam Robinson has struggled to fill in, allowing the third-highest pressure rate of all LTs since Week 9.
Verse will likely be lined up across from Robinson quite a bit tonight.
Verse has my highest sack projection for either team tonight, and I give him about a 55% chance to record a sack tonight.
Pick: Jared Verse Over 0.25 Sacks
Over 47.5
By Nick Giffen
This is a luck over, and luck overs are 11-5 in the playoffs and 9-2 on Wild Card Weekend.
These are two high-powered offenses and both have been unlucky in not scoring more during the regular season, according to our Expected Scores.
Both offenses have been improving as the season has gone on, and both have better weighted DVOA than unweighted. The Rams' offensive line is also healthier now, too.
I make this total around 48 to 48.5.
Pick: Over 47.5
T.J. Hockenson 60+ Receiving Yards
By Chris Raybon
T.J. Hockenson's receptions prop is at 4.5, and while he's only gone over that in four of 10 games, he's averaging 6.25 receptions and 76.5 yards in those contests.
Hockenson has also accumulated 68 or more receiving yards in three of his last nine games, and he's trending up in usage with an 85% route rate in his last two games.
The Rams have also allowed the fourth-most receiving yards to tight ends this season.
Pick: TJ Hockenson 60+ Receiving Yards
Kyren Williams 2+ Touchdowns
Kyren Williams scored 14 touchdowns this season and has scored two or more touchdowns in a game seven times in his career.
On the season, Williams had 19 carries inside the five-yard line, which was the most in the NFL.
Williams also had 73% of the Rams' red-zone carries in 2024, and it's worth noting that Blake Corum was placed on injured reserve after Week 18.
