If Dustin Johnson takes home his second major championship on Sunday, one New Jersey bettor will win nearly a million dollars.

DraftKings took a $350,000 bet on Johnson at +275 odds this morning, which would profit $962,500. It's the biggest golf wager the sportsbook has ever taken.

Johnson enters Sunday holding a one-shot lead over Cameron Champ and Scottie Scheffler, and a two-shot lead over Brooks Koepka, Collin Morikawa and Paul Casey.

At +275, Johnson is the tournament favorite, but he wasn’t a favored pick of bettors prior to the tournament. That title went to Koepka, who attracted an incredible 15% of DraftKings’ handle at 11-1 odds.

Koepka, a four-time major winner, is attempting to win his third consecutive PGA Championship on Sunday.

While DraftKings wouldn’t confirm this, you have to think the online sportsbook’s huge liability on Koepka played into its decision to take this $350,000 bet on Johnson.

At 5-1 odds, Koepka is the second-favorite to win on Sunday, behind only Johnson.

After taking the wager, DraftKings didn’t budge its odds on Johnson. He remains listed at +275.
