Formula 1's 2022 Monaco Grand Prix is currently delayed due to extremely wet conditions.
Today's F1 race at Monaco was scheduled to start at 9 a.m. ET, however, very heavy rain has flooded the track, forcing officials to delay the start of the grand prix until the precipitation lets up.
As of the time of writing, the race is red-flagged and drivers are out of the cars and there's no telling when the rain delay might end.
With this in mind, let's take a look at the updated Formula 1 weather forecast for Monaco, including when the rain should lighten up on Sunday.

According to Accuweather.com, rain should continue for the next few hours in Monaco.
The latest Formula 1 at Monaco forecast is calling for a high of 74 degrees with a 64% chance of rain until around 8 p.m. local time, which is 2 p.m. ET.
Of course the most important factor for the Monaco Grand Prix is how heavy that rain will be, so that'll be the key regarding when Formula 1 can get its most prestigious way started.
For those wondering, the Indy 500 will go green at 12:45 p.m. ET with NASCAR's Coca-Cola 600 starting at 6 p.m. ET, completing Sunday's motorsports tripleheader.
Heading into Sunday's race, Charles Leclerc is the Monaco Grand Prix favorite at -225, followed by Max Verstappen at +350 and Carlos Sainz at 8-1, according to live Formula 1 odds.
