It's rare to see games on The Action Network's NBA PRO Report that have four signals on them, but that's the situation when the Pacers meet the Timberwolves in Minnesota.
Coming off of a loss to the Bucks last night, the Pacers enter the contest with a 9-13 record that puts them in the third-worst position in the East. While the Pacers haven't been awful, they haven't closed games, either.
