Betting NFL Anytime Touchdown parlays is incredibly fun, even if they’re mostly a losing proposition that will drain your bankroll if you’re not careful. Sportsbooks tend to clean up on this bet type, so how do we scratch the “parlay itch” without overextending ourselves financially?
Allow me to introduce “The 180 Challenge.” Here’s how it works:
Each week, I'll be betting a three-leg Anytime TD parlay that equates to +1800 or more at BetMGM — $10 per parlay ticket; $180 total for the season.
Maximize your Anytime Touchdown action with our BetMGM bonus code.
The goal is obviously to win as much as possible. BUT, the safety net is you only need to hit one parlay all season to make your money back. If you go 0-18 (which would be unfortunate), the positive spin is it's only $180. This way, we can still participate with fun touchdown parlays while managing our bankroll and not going overboard on bad habits.
I’m 0-6 this season but only down $60. I got really close in Weeks 3 and 5 with 2-of-3 touchdown scorers hitting.
Disclaimer: 18-1 parlays have less than a 5% chance of hitting and that percentage only shrinks as you increase the odds. Keep your expectations in check and bet on these for recreation.
Here’s my Anytime Touchdown Parlay at +2396 for Week 14 at BetMGM.
Hockenson's hot, scoring touchdowns in three of his last five games. With Joshua Dobbs playing quarterback, Hockenson is averaging 10 targets per game.
The Raiders, who rank 28th in DVOA against tight ends, play a ton of zone, which means there's going to be a lot of room for underneath passes.
After a dud against the Jets, London has a nice bounce-back spot against the Buccaneers.
Tampa's strong against the run, which means Desmond Ridder might have to throw in this game. That's good news for London, who leads Atlanta in nearly every receiving category.
If Ridder can be competent in the red zone, London could score.
This is a great matchup for Fields, who's gone over 100 rushing yards in three straight games against the Lions. After logging eight rushing touchdowns last season, Fields only has one rushing score in 2023, and it came back on Sept. 17.
With cold and windy conditions in Chicago, throwing might not be the best option for the Bears. I'm counting on the Bears letting Fields run.
