The SEC Championship Game has essentially been set for several weeks now, but we've finally got the opening point spread just six days before kickoff.
Alabama opened as a 10.5-point favorite, extending the Tide's streak to 13 games as a double-digit favorite. But the line was quickly bet up to Alabama -13 throughout Sunday afternoon.
Last year in the national title game, the Tide were a 3.5-point favorite.
SEC Championship Game Betting History
The SEC pioneered the championship game, and has been playing it since 1992.
Alabama is making its seventh appearance in the title game under Nick Saban, while Georgia is back in Atlanta for the second straight year.
The Tide have been at least a 14-point favorite in their last three appearances in the SEC Championship Game, but haven't faced a team as good as Georgia. Alabama was -7.5 against the Bulldogs in 2012.
