The NFL Conference Championship games are set, meaning we can now take a look at the early Super Bowl spread and over/under for each potential matchup, including the San Francisco 49ers, Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions and Kansas City Chiefs.

Super Bowl Spread
Here are each of the four potential Super Bowl spreads based on lookahead lines:
- 49ers -1.5 (-105) vs. Ravens
- Ravens -4.5 (-105) vs. Lions
- 49ers -3 (-105) vs. Chiefs
- Chiefs -3 (-110) vs. Lions
The spread that sticks out the most is San Francisco as a short favorite against Baltimore considering that the Ravens crushed the 49ers by a score of 33-19 in Week 16.
Conversely, Detroit is the largest potential underdog at +4.5 against Baltimore.
Super Bowl Over/Under
Now lets run through lookahead lines for Super Bowl over/unders:
- 49ers vs. Ravens — 46.5 (-110/-110)
- Ravens vs. Lions — 48.5 (-115/-105)
- 49ers vs. Chiefs — 47.5 (-110/-110)

A Chiefs vs. Lions matchup boasts the highest over/under based on these odds, with 49ers vs. Ravens being the lowest.
