We had some serious excitement on last weekend's Premier League card, highlighted by Liverpool's 5-0 thrashing of Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Chances are slim we see something as shocking in this latest set of matches, but you never know with the English top flight. There is one thing for sure, though. Our Action Network staff has another two-leg parlay coming your way.
The latest featured play has Jeremy Pond partnering with fellow analyst Matthew Trebby, with the pair focusing on contests pittingWatford vs. Southampton and Manchester City vs. Crystal Palace for the wager.
Check out their detailed thoughts and in-depth analysis, plus what kind of price they're getting on the parlay at BetMGM ahead of these contests.

Matthew Trebby: Watford's 12 goals scored through nine games rank them in the top 10 of the Premier League, and the Hornets have conceded the third most (17) this season. In contrast, Southampton has scored just eight times, but the Saints have created more in terms of expected goals (11.50-9.47) than their latest opponents.
Two of Southampton's last three games have gone comfortably over 2.5 goals, as have three of Watford's last five fixtures. The Saints netted twice against Burnley last week, but fell short of all three points because of two fantastic finishes from the Clarets, who otherwise created very little. As for Watford, the host side netted five at Everton, registering more than 3.00 xG in the process.
While Watford are six points clear of relegation and Southampton just behind them at four, either team taking three points against a fellow bottom-half rival would be massive in securing safety later in the season.
Both teams have attacking talent, with Southampton packing more technical talent, while Watford brings pace led by Ismaila Sarr.
Live a little and expect at least three to be scored at Vicarage Road.
Trebby's Pick: Total Over 2.5 Goals (-125)
Man City vs. Crystal Palace
Man City Odds | -650 |
Crystal Palace Odds | +1800 |

Jeremy Pond: Manchester City continues to do Manchester City things. Outside of its season-opening defeat against Tottenham Hotspur, the Cityzens have been solid and sit just two points behind Chelsea in the English top flight.
As for Crystal Palace, it can't seem to find any luck of late. The Eagles have drawn in their last four games, with three of them being huge disappointments against Brighton & Hove Albion, Arsenal and Newcastle United.
Manchester City is a massive home favorite in this affair, sitting close to -700 odds on the three-way moneyline. Obviously, oddsmakers believe Crystal Palace has little to no chance to win, with the visitor at 18/1 to triumph. And because of the huge gap in the betting market, it's more difficult to find a solid angle linked to the home side that doesn't have a ton of juice attached to it.
That said, I've found a way to get creative with my leg of this parlay and will back Manchester City to win the match by either a 1-0, 2-0 and 3-0 scoreline at +165 odds. The Cityzens have yet to concede a goal at Etihad Stadium this season. Needless to say, I don't see Crystal Palace being the first to buck that trend against maybe the world's best club defense.
Throw in the fact our colleague, BJ Cunningham, has forecasted the total for this match to 2.80 combined xG (Crystal Palace at a paltry 0.31 xG), and I like my chances of getting a positive result on this wager.
Pond's Pick: Multiple Correct Score — Man City at 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0 (+165)
Trebby & Pond Parlay
Watford vs. Southampton — Total Over 2.5 Goals (-125) & Multiple Correct Score — Man City at 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0 (+165) at +377 odds via BetMGM.
